Yes! I've been following a new lifestyle of eating less and exercising more -- what we used to call a diet but they say you have to change your lifestyle, not diet, so I'm trying to at least sound modern. Anyway, I have reached my first goal! (Which is way more pounds than I'll ever admit!) It's not a big goal -- I've lost about 6 pounds, but I've dipped into the next lower numerical range. A point I haven't seen in many years. So, now the trick will be to keep it there or below after going to visit Mom this weekend and eating all that good home cooking. Next goal? To get through the one-legged tree pose in my morning yoga without putting the other foot down a dozen times!
